Flip empty listings in 30 seconds

Upload an empty or dated room, pick a style, and Snapstage sends back a staged concept with the same redesign pipeline used for shoppable flips. Most listing services expect a disclosure, so the result is marked Virtually staged.

The first flip is free. No card. Billing is not switched on.

An empty living room, then a concept

This pair is an illustration of an empty living room and a modern farmhouse concept. It is not a live restyle and not a guarantee of every upload. Drag the slider. The furnished side carries the disclosure agents usually need.

How staging works

  1. 1

    Upload the listing photo

Use an empty room or a dated one. The photo stays in memory for the request and is not kept.

  2. 2

    Pick a style

Choose a look, a budget, and anything that should stay, such as the floors or a television.

  3. 3

    Download the concept

The staged image is marked Virtually staged. Shop links stay tagged for Amazon, and prices are estimates.

What it earns you

These figures are illustrations so you can compare an invoice with a monthly plan. They are not a quote, not a market study, and not a promise about sale price or days on market.

  • Traditional staging is often billed in the hundreds of dollars for a room, and a full home can reach into the thousands for one listing.
  • Snapstage Pro is listed at $89 a month. That price is the plan, not a per-listing invoice.
  • Illustration: four listings at an assumed $800 staging invoice would be $3,200. The Pro plan for that same month is $89. Your real invoices will differ.

Billing is not live. The $89 figure is the proposed Pro price, and the first flip stays free until plans are approved.

Questions

How long does a staging take?
About 30 seconds when the staging service is available. If it is not available, Snapstage says to try again soon. The photo is processed in memory and is not stored.
Is the furnished picture a real photo of furniture in the house?
No. It is a virtual staging concept, not a photograph of pieces that are in the room. In listing mode the image and the download are marked Virtually staged. Most MLS rules expect that disclosure.
Do I need a card?
No. The first flip is free. The monthly prices are proposals. Billing is not live, and Snapstage does not create an account.
Are the shop prices what I will pay?
No. They are estimates, and prices vary on Amazon. Shop links include the affiliate tag furnidea-20. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
